President - Jessica Brainard

Jessica has over 20 years of relocation management, global operations, real estate and customer service experiences. Jessica specializes in both Domestic and International business and has a passion for new technology. Jessica is a 5th generation native of Arizona and loves discovering the local hiking trails in the desert near her home in South Phoenix. Aside from spending time playing board games with her husband and two daughter's the family favorite activity is traveling the world and creating new memories together through experiences.  Jessica holds her CRP and GMS designations from the Worldwide ERC and earned her bachelor's degree in business management with the emphasis in thought leadership from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.

 Madison Stanley

 Madison has been working in mobility for over   10 years and holds both CRP and GMS designations. She’s driven to create an culture of inclusion and loves seeing the people around her grow and succeed. She is currently the Manager of Global Mobility Projects at Newmont Mining, working on imagining new and better ways to support their employees. Madison has lived in Phoenix for the past 15 years and complains about the summers a lot – but loves the desert. In her spare time you can find her snuggling with her dogs watching Great British Baking Show, trying to convince people to go on Harry Potter themed vacations with her, and spending time with her family.



Treasurer – Katie Rudnick, CRP

Director, National Accounts Relocation & Affinity Lending, PNC Bank

Katie has 29 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 20 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is an Account Executive for PNC Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West and Mountain regions where she was awarded their Chairman's Circle recognition. Katie is an active member of WERC receiving her Meritorious Service Award in 2023 and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and remains an avid Ducks fan.

 Secretary - Zack Kreisheimer

 Business Development Manager, AVE

 Zack has been in the relocation industry for two years and is an Arizona native who is passionate  about building strong relationships across Arizona’s mobility community. He currently serves as  the Business Development Manager for AVE Furnished Apartments. A 10-year U.S. Army veteran,  Zack served as a combat medic before transitioning into the private sector. Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, attending sporting events and concerts, and enjoying the outdoors.

Client Services Manager, Aires           

Gabriela has been part of the relocation industry for over 15 years, joining Aires 2018. In the past Gabriela has held roles both with relocation firms and in-house corporate mobility teams, which has helped her transition to her current role where she is responsible for managing the overall relationship between the Aires team and the corporate client. Gabriela holds GMS and CRP certifications; she speaks Spanish fluently and holds an associated degree in Business Administration. In her spare time, Gabriela likes to spend time with her husband, son and daughter.

For over twenty years, Mary (LaRocca) Corrales has been a passionate leader in the Mobility Industry. After earning her degree in English Literature from Arizona State University, Mary began her career as a Relocation Counselor, helping companies move their employees across the globe. She’s held functions in Customer Service and Sales on the Relocation Management Company side with Prudential, BGRS and Cornerstone Relocation Group. Recently, Mary has explored her interest in hospitality by joining Synergy Global Housing in 2020 as Director of Global Business Development. In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga and supporting The New York Yankees.

Co-Education Chair - Jason Vargas

Jason started in the Relocation industry 32 years ago working on the trucks while in college. After receiving his degree from Cal State East Bay, he moved from the SF Bay Area to Arizona and began his career at Beltmann. He has been with Beltmann for 24 years managing the 11 Western States. He loves finding solutions for his partners that ultimately help them achieve their business goals while simultaneously helping their employees achieve their dreams.

 Kaylee has been in the Global Mobility industry for 3 years. Her expertise lies in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of education and excellence. She is actively pursuing both GMS and CRP certifications to expand her expertise in mobility solutions. Passionate about DEI, she dedicates herself to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within her professional and personal communities. Outside of work, Kaylee is committed to expanding her linguistic and cultural fluency by actively learning Mandarin, underscoring her dedication to effective communication and cross-cultural understanding. She resides in Indianapolis, IN.

Tracey is a seasoned Relocation Professional, with over 16 years experience in the industry. Holding roles in Client Relations, Service Delivery, and Supply Chain Management. Having a diverse background allows her to build customized mobility programs for her clients unique needs. Outside of work, Tracey is an animal lover and has been known to foster a kitten or two. Tracey has an adventurous spirit and enjoys traveling the world with her friends and family.

 Client Relations Manger, Home Sweet Home

 Michelle Lohuis is the West Coast   Client Relations Manager at Home Sweet Home. After leading operations teams for over a decade before moving into HSH's Client engagement team, Michelle delivers hands-on relocation programs to clients that provide cost-effective solutions with a focus on community giving, environmental sustainability, and an elevated duty of care.


With 14+ years in the relocation industry, Michelle is new to the ARA board and holds active roles on several WERC regional committees. A native Texan and TWU graduate with a passion for fashion, Michelle recently relocated from Hermosa Beach to California’s Coachella Valley. She enjoys art, traveling, yoga, hiking, community service, exploring nature while embracing the desert lifestyle.

 Nichole is a Senior Manager within Sirva’s Global Strategic Services group and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the mobility industry. In her role, she leads project management initiatives across all mobility disciplines, with a focus on driving operational efficiencies and mitigating risk in both global and U.S. domestic program design. Nichole is passionate about developing thought leadership on emerging mobility trends and delivering long-term value through Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks. She is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®), serves on the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (ERC) Research Committee, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Nichole adores her family, is an avid gardener, and has a passion for travel.

 Kim Krollman is a global relocation and temporary living leader with more than 30 years of experience in the corporate housing and global mobility industry. Throughout her career, she has trained, coached, and mentored professionals around the world, working directly with Fortune 100 clients to understand their business needs and create innovative, customized housing solutions.

As an expat herself, Kim understands the challenges that clients and colleagues experience. Supporting others in their growth has always been one of her top priorities. She has trained and developed multinational sales teams, built cross-cultural onboarding programs, and designed development pathways for professionals at all levels. She is also the founder of Krollman Group, a consulting firm through which she created web-based training programs focused on sales skills and continuing education for the temporary housing industry.

In 2020, Kim joined OWL as Executive Vice President of Strategic Solutions, helping elevate the mobility industry through its innovative technology marketplace. OWL (Options Without Limits), founded in 2020, provides a faster, more efficient way to source mobility services such as temporary housing and beyond. The platform delivers industry-changing technology that connects RMCs, corporate clients, and global temporary housing suppliers directly with inventory holders.

Kim remains actively involved in the temporary housing community and is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry. She has published articles in Mobility and Relocate magazine and authored several industry white papers. She has presented at multiple global conferences, including EuRA and CHPA. In the past, she served on the Chicago Relocation Council (CRC) and Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC) boards and participated on the planning committee for Worldwide ERC. She also developed a Worldwide ERC Certified Relocation Professional accredited training course.

Liz Wells brings nine years of experience in the Global Mobility space and has grown Schwab’s immigration program an impressive 35x along the way. She is currently the Senior Global Mobility Manager with Q2 Software, Inc. where she manages the Company’s immigration program to ensure compliance with international immigration laws and regulations. Staci serves on the Arizona Relocation Alliance Board as Corporate Chair, is a member of the Worldwide ERC and earned her designation as a Global Mobility Specialist in 2012. She earned an MBA in Global Management & Leadership from Arizona State University and is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science.

Brittany brings a diverse perspective to the relocation industry and utilizes her knowledge, relationships and experience to ease transitions for all involved. Brittany brings first-hand knowledge to her projects in the areas of quality management, project management, and overall expectations with projects big or small.

Brittany is detail-oriented and well versed in communicating on all the variables involved in each unique move, alleviating risks in complex projects, and setting the expectations for each given scenario. Brittany has been in the relocation industry for 2 years and can not wait to continue learning more about the mobility world . Brittany attended Arizona State University and served in the Peace Corps for 27 months in China.
